Delivery time & shipping time
Orders ordered before 23. 59 pm on working days are generally delivered the next day. We aim to deliver within two working days at the latest.
During busy periods such as public holidays or Black Friday, we are reliant on couriers, so it is possible that we may experience longer delivery times. We ask for your understanding.
Orders ordered over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. In case of a public holiday other than the weekend we will ship the day after. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link.
Orders above €35,- will be shipped for free in the Netherlands. For orders under €35,- we charge €3,95 in the Netherlands.
Complaints and returns
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you have 14 days to return it.
We will only take back undamaged / unopened items, and we assume that you will handle the packaging and the products with care.
It is not possible to select pick up now during this Corona period. As soon as it is possible again, the following guidelines will apply: Normally this will give you the opportunity to pick up your order 4 hours after placing it at our pickup counter at the following address on weekdays from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm:

If you want to return the product, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address, phone number, date of purchase, the order number of your order, which product(s) you want to return and a clear description of the complaint. Returns can only be processed if you have registered them by e-mail. Once we have received the products correctly, we will refund the amount to your account within two weeks. The cost of the return is for your account.
